Return Policy

We firmly believe that returns should be the exception and not the norm when it comes to online shopping at South&Spade! We do our best to accurately describe fit and sizing, but if you have any questions prior to placing an order, please reach out to and we will be glad to assist! 

In the event you need to return a product, South and Spade currently accepts returns on certain products in return for store credit only. Please read all info/conditions/instructions below before submitting a return. 

Returns for unworn, undamaged products will be accepted if the following conditions are met:

1. Items must be unworn and undamaged - if products are returned with deodorant stains, animal fur, odor, stains, tears, or any other sign of wear it will not be accepted as a return. You will not receive store credit and your credit card from original form of payment will be charged to return the goods to you. 2. Items not eligible for return: Earrings, Swimsuits, Food and Drink, and any item purchased with a 20% discount or greater. Other clearance and specialty items may be marked as "final sale" and returns will not be accepted. 

3. We will accept returns that have been postmarked no more than 15 business days after you received the original order. Any returns postmarked after this deadline will not receive store credit and the credit card used as the original form of payment will be charged to return the goods to you.

5. Shipping fees are not refundable, however we are proud to offer free return shipping! 

6. To initiate a return and recieve a pre-paid return label, please email  Please include "Return" in the subject line of the email. Order number, return reason, name, and contact phone number must be included in the email. A pre-paid shipping label will be sent within 24 hours via email.

7. Store credit will be issued via email within 5 business days after we recieve your return

8. At this time we are unable to offer exchanges due to the quick moving status of our inventory. If you have any sizing questions prior to purchase, please shoot us a message and we will be more than happy to help you decide!
